  • we normally only have less than 20 properties available at any given time

So for any landlord joining our books, the odds of renting their property quickly and efficiently are very, very good.  We realise that long lets are best for everyone.  

So it's not surprising that we go to great lengths to select the right tenant for your property
and we always do a credit check.

  • we always want proof of address
  • we always obtain previous landlord's references
  • we always obtain employer's references

And if for any reason we are still unsure about a tenant then we'll go back and start again.
